Cultural and Research Centre:

The Vishwa Konkani Kendra named Konkani Gaon -'The Konkani Village', a Cultural and Research Center, is currently under construction and is located on the west side of Classique Village. At this venue a scenic 3-acre site has been acquired for the construction of the Kendra.

Gopalkrishna Temple:

Sri Gopalakrishna Temple built by Mr. K. C. Naik, Managing Director of Mahabaleshwara Group in the year 2007. The temple complex spreads over 1.5 acres, is in accordance with Vasthu principles and also in adherence to the purity practices followed in the building of temples in the bygone era. The whole structure of the entrance gateway at the temple is Aestheically designed in chaste Tamil Nadu style.

The 108 steps on either sides of the temple complex converge in the temple precincts and on the either side of the path one can have a glimpse of the Ashtothara Shathanamas of Lord Sri Krishna. The temple is an architectural splendor in itself, with specially designed pillars and roofs.

Concrete four lane road: Approach road to shaktinagar is soon going to be made into a concrete road. City Corporation has already sanctioned the project and work is going to commence soon.  There is a proposal to widen the road to four lanes in the next phase of development.

IT Park:  An integrated information technology park is soon coming up in 100 acres of land very close to and to the east of Classique Village.

Connection to Airport road: The existing road connecting Shaktinagar to Airport road passing Classique Village is proposed to be widened. A second road falling to the east of Classique village is proposed to be extended up to the Vamanjoor- Bondel road at Pacchanadi which also connects to the Airport road.
