  • Roads
    • Main approach road is 40 feet wide and the cross roads are 30 feet wide
    • Highly durable asphalting or interlocked paving will be laid for 20 feet width of the road.
    • Five feet wide pedestrian walkways on either side of the roads paved with a combination of interlocked blocks and soft landscaping.
    • One side of the road is lined with trees and the other side will have street lighting.
       
  • Water Supply
    • Corporation water connection will be provided through individual meters, and the secondary back up water supply source would be from two open wells located in the layout.
    • Each water line will be connected to individual sites
       
  • Electricity
    • Electricity will be supplied from MESCOM ( Mangalore Electricity Supply Company ) through a HT connection
    • All electric cables will be laid underground. And connected to each individual site
    • An electric sub station will be housed within the layout
       
  • Sewage and Drainage
    • Underground lines laid by the builder will connect each site's sewage output to Mangalore city's sewage treatment plant
    • Underground rain water drains will be provided on all roads
       
  • Telephone, Broadband and Television
    • Underground optic fibre cables will provided for telephone and internet connectivity
    • Intercom facility ( through Centrex system ) will be available
    • Underground Cable Television lines will be laid
       
  • Security
    • The boundaries of the entire layout will be secured with a compound wall
    • Security guards will be stationed at the at entries and exits
    • Mobile security guards will be provided at night
    • There will be only one entry and exit point. A secondary entry/exit will be provided to be used for emergencies and services only
    • Intercom facility to security and association office will be available through the centrex system
    • Individual villas are allowed to have their own fence if desired

    • The layout will have well designed soft and hard landscaping
    • All green spaces will have water sprinklers
