Classique Villas comprises of four independent bungalows located at Kankanady, Mangalore, adjacent to the 'Classique Presidency' apartment complex.  All four villas have a common secured entrance gate, besides their own individual compound wall and gate. The common approach road is paved with inter-locked blocks.

Villa-1 & Villa-2 are totally independent bungalows on a land area of approximately four and five cents and have been completed and sold as well.

Villa 3 is built on a land area of 3.3 cents approximately and Villa 4 is built on a land area of 4.4 cents approximately. Villa-3 and Villa-4 are under construction.
